What is your warranty policy?

All watch winders we sell come with a ONE or TWO full year warranty.  For details, see our Warranty Policy page.

What is your exchange policy?

All your watch winder purchases come with a 7 days exchange or return policy.  Within 7 days of receiving your watch winder purchase, you have the option to return the product to us and receive a full credit toward the purchase of any other products of equal or greater value.

What is your return policy?

All watch winders we sell come with a 7 days money back guarantee.  Shall there be any defect in the watch winders you have received, or you are not satisfy with the winders, you can return the product to us within 7 days for a refund minus the cost of original shipping.

What is your shipping charge?

Please see our Shipping Policy for details. We are now offering Cost included for all purchases within UK (No additional Charge).

Is there any additional sales tax?

No, all taxes are included. (UK and EU Only)

Is there any tariff/custom duty?

There is no custom or duty payable for our UK and EU customers.  For other international shipping, custom duty might be incurred.

Does your watch winders work on any brands of watches?

Yes, our watch winders are compatible with any and all watch brands on the market. No matter which automatic watch brands you have, Rolex, IWC, Tag Heuer, Omega, Breitling, Movado, Chopard, Longines, Oris, Patek Philippe, Bvlgari, Cartier, Chronoswiss, Corum, Ebel, Tissot, Tudor, Ulysse Nardin, Zenith, Franck Muller, Fortis, etc; our high quality yet affordable watchwinders will fit your watch's winding specification. Please note a Seiko is not an AUTOMATIC Watch, It is KINETIC and may not wind in a Watch Winder.

Why don't you sell other brands of watch winders?

Based on the feedback from our customers, we are seeking automatic watch winders that meet all of the following requirements:
Affordable and not Over-Priced; Quality Design and Manufacturing; Aesthetic Pleasing (no cheap looking plastic or odd shaped windmill like devices); and Full Feature Functions to meet all watch brands' specifications.  We have narrowed down to 8 brands that meet all of these requirements after months of research.  Before we offering these watch winders to our customers, we've personally tested the two different brands ourselves with our own watch collection, over a period of two and a half months.   In the retail business, "sell only those high quality products that you enjoy personally". Does any of your watchwinders have the Adjustable TPD  (numbers of Turns per Day) feature?

How long it takes to have the watch winders shipped to my address?

Depends on the delivery location, within the UK, it usually takes1 to 3 business days for the shipment to arrive.  For international delivery, it takes about 5 -10 days for delivery. If you wish to have your order to be delivered via express, please choose the "Express" shipping option once you check out.

Do you service other winder brands or watch?

Depends on which brands.  We do offering service for other watch winder brands at a cost.  Please email us for details.  We do not provide watch repair or services, we only service watch winders products.
